Appointment of Mr. Alain Poirier as Executive Director
The Board of Directors announce the appointment of Mr. Alain Poirier as the Executive Director of the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association (QMEA). Mr. Poirier has been acting in this position since October 20, 2023. Since joining the Association in 2011, Mr. Poirier has taken on increasingly crucial responsibilities over the years, contributing significantly to the success of the QMEA’s operation.
Mr. Poirier has a deep understanding of QMEA’s issues, the operation of mineral exploration, finance, and taxation, as well as the regulatory mechanisms governing our industry.
The Board of Directors wishes him great success in all his duties. Congratulations, Alain!
