Avoid unpleasant surprises and book them now to get the best time for your schedule. During your one-hour slot, you’ll get to enjoy a calm, quiet space to meet with up to a dozen people.

It’s important to let as many industry players as possible know that you’re going to be at Xplor. Download promotional elements including an email signature, social media visuals, and Xplor logos to announce your attendance on all your platforms. Make sure you’re visible before and during the event by using the hashtag #2023Xplor, and don’t forget to tag us! You’ll get the chance to have your content displayed on the interactive wall during the event, drawing the other attendees’ attention.
