QUEBEC MINERAL EXPLORATION ASSOCIATION
Boost your presence at Xplor with our new toolbox!
As Xplor draws near, managing your presence and visibility can become a daunting and energy-consuming task. Thankfully, we’ve updated our digital toolbox to make life easier, lighten your workload, and help you make sure you don’t forget anything. Whether you’re a participant or an exhibitor, you’ll find everything you need to simplify your reservations, plan your time at the convention, and effectively promote your presence.
The Xplor toolbox: an essential preparation tool
Thanks to this toolbox, you’ll have everything you need to make the convention a great one! Links to book accommodation and meeting rooms, download the Xplor app, access the promotional kit, and much more are at your disposal.
Two private meeting rooms are available at Le Westin Montreal to provide the perfect setting for business meetings. Avoid unpleasant surprises and book them now to get the best time for your schedule. During your one-hour slot, you’ll get to enjoy a calm, quiet space to meet with up to a dozen people.
It’s important to let as many industry players as possible know that you’re going to be at Xplor. Download promotional elements including an email signature, social media visuals, and Xplor logos to announce your attendance on all your platforms. Make sure you’re visible before and during the event by using the hashtag #2023Xplor, and don’t forget to tag us! You’ll get the chance to have your content displayed on the interactive wall during the event, drawing the other attendees’ attention.
Make sure you’re perfectly prepared by downloading the Xplor app as well. It allows you to plan your days at the convention based on the activities you’re most interested in and provides extra information about the convention’s conferences, workshops, and exhibitors. In other words, it’s a must.
Tools for exhibitors
Being an exhibitor at Xplor means having a booth. The interactive map of the exhibition floor and the core shack allows you not only to reserve your space, but also to find that space among the 85 other booths at the event. It also has information about the room you’ll be in and the dimensions of your spot. Don’t forget to plan your equipment a few weeks before the convention!
Is this your first time at Xplor? Read our exhibitor’s guide, which is full of details to help you start the convention off on the right foot. We explain everything you need to know, from booth setup and takedown to parking and Internet access!
For the first time this year, the QMEA is giving you the opportunity to announce your presence at Xplor to its large network of members by opting for an advertising post on our social media. Create your visual, write your post, and we’ll publish it to give you extra visibility.
Tools for participants
Read the Xplor program to plan your time at the convention. Four days of networking, including workshops, a trade show, conferences, and social events—time flies when there are so many interesting choices and business opportunities! That’s why it’s essential to figure out your priorities ahead of time and prepare your schedule so you don’t miss anything. Make the most of every moment and enjoy a truly rewarding convention.
The blog posts about Xplor have a wealth of important information to help you prepare for an unforgettable experience. Immerse yourself in the Xplor atmosphere and take advantage of our tips to fine-tune your preparation.
