The Program and Exhibition sections will be your best guides throughout the event. Use the interactive map to find your way, locate the businesses you want to see, and get going! Also, the schedule lets you plan your time at Xplor; it can even be broken down by room or by activity. And you can now learn about the conferences that cover subjects you’re excited or curious about.

Your personalized event

The My Event section is the centrepiece of the app. It’s the ultimate management tool for a hassle-free Xplor experience. Save favourite conferences, workshops, social events, and booths, then visit the My Event section to explore different options:

• Take advantage of My Wish List to see your registration options.
• Check See My Meetings for an overview of your scheduled meetings.
• Use My Networking to start a conversation in advance with industry players, or keep a register of people you’d like to interact with during the convention.
• The My Bookmarked Companies tab lists the companies you’ve indicated you’d like to talk to, or that simply interest you the most.

Depending on your choices and the activities you sign up for, your calendar will be updated to give you a personalized overview of your Xplor experience. At a glance, you can see what’s in store for you at Xplor so you don’t miss a thing!

MaXimize your discussions

The Messaging tool gives you the opportunity to chat with Xplor attendees, break the ice before the event, and keep in touch with new acquaintances. Use it to organize your networking and start conversations.

Once the event is over, you can quickly and efficiently export an Excel sheet of all the contacts you made during the event and its social activities.

Don’t worry, we’ve thought of everything! The app also has a notification system to inform you of any changes to the schedule, remind you when the activities you’ve registered for are starting, and let you know when you receive messages.
